I have a question about the SoCal $75 Pass. Is it required to buy one per person? So if I had a large family of 6 people I would need to buy this $75 3 day pass ($225 a person) for each person making a total of $1,350? Can we share the 3 day pass?

    Hi there, Rebecca!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question! I know that budgeting for fun activities with a family can be challenging!

As you may know, the So Cal Residents Ticket Offer provides a special rate to Southern California residents who live within ZIP codes 90000-93599, subject to availability. This 3-day, 1-park per day ticket offer is per Guest. This means that each Guest needs their own 3-day ticket, and it cannot be shared with other Guests, unfortunately. I know this is disappointing! The good news is that the tickets may be used on nonconsecutive days, and they do not expire until June 2, 2024. If you decide to purchase these tickets, do not forget to make park reservations on the eligible days. You need both a valid ticket and a theme park reservation to enter Disneyland Resort.

If the So Cal Residents Ticket Offer does not work for your family, you still have the option to purchase 1 or 2-day tickets on the Disneyland website. The price per day will be higher, but the total cost will most likely be less.

There are many exciting events taking place through June, making it a great time to visit Disneyland! One of my favorites is the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival that begins on March 1, 2024 and continues through April 22, 2024. I hope they bring back the Sip and Savor Pass, which usually includes 6 coupons that can be redeemed for food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating Festival Marketplaces. I use my coupons for the highest-priced (and tastiest) items, making it an easy way to maximize the value of my purchase! In the past, I was also able to share my Sip and Savor Pass with friends so we could all sample the different options.

Rebecca, I'm sorry this wasn't the news you were wishing for. I hope that you can make it work, and then you will be able to visit Disneyland Resort on 3 different days this year! Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have other questions.
