Welcome to planDisney Amanda!
Traveling with kids on a Disney Cruise is so much fun. Everything from the food to the entertainment is family friendly so there is something magical for everyone onboard!
The
Castaway Club gifts are one per stateroom. Gifts are always changing, and I have received everything from luggage tags to tote bags to thermal water bottles. I am sorry there will be just one gift waiting for you, but hopefully there will be something to share contained in that gift!
When my kids were little, I would stop by my local dollar store or discount store and pick up a few goodies to toss into the mix of the Castaway Club gift (snacks, coloring books, small toys) and they were just as happy to enjoy that more than a tote bag! Hopefully it will all work out without any problems.
Each member of your family who is Silver status or higher will receive a lanyard at check-in. This will be the perfect place to store your room key. Since each of your kids will get one if Silver, this might make them happy. You might even want to give them pin or 2 to put onto their lanyard which is another "gift" you can give upon entering your stateroom.
A totally free option will be to print out the
"My Disney Cruise Adventure" booklet before leaving home. This is full of activities and will be a great keepsake from your cruise. You might want the kids to get started on it during your travels to your port destination or give it as a surprise when arriving on the ship.
WISHing your family a MAGICal cruise full of WONDER and FANTASY!
