    I have a question, my sister and I are sailing on the Magic 1/10/16 and would like to walk the 5K on Castaway Cay. Is there a time limit? We both have knee issues preventing us from running!

    So great to hear that you are including the Castaway Cay 5K Fun run in your list of activities when you cruise on the Disney Magic next January! This is such an awesome activity - and I can imagine that this time of the year will just be beautiful in the Bahamas.

    The Castaway Cay 5K has no time limit and you are more than welcome to walk, jog, skip and dance throughout the route. It's a great workout and a great setting for a pleasant activity on the morning you dock at Castaway Cay. You will want to make sure that you are registered for the event and have your RunDisney bib. It's not a race, and you'll be glad that you participated as a finisher. Take as many stops to rest and stretch, there's also a water station along the route. Take it easy on your knees and try not to over work them... you can relax and enjoy yourselves at Serenity Bay for the rest of the afternoon. Don't forget to take pictures before and after your walk. You can also pick up some signature Castaway Cay 5K merchandise on the island -- it won't be available elsewhere, so plan on stopping by Buy the Seashore shop to pickup some branded merchandise as souvenirs.
