    Hello, I have another question. When a My Royal Dream appointment is cancelled, does it immediately become available to all eligible guests in the Disneyland Paris app, or can Concierge access cancellations before they appear online?

    I’m delighted to help with your question about My Royal Dream; it's a truly magical experience fit for royalty.

    I’m sorry to read that you may need to cancel your fairytale makeover, Duygu, but Disneyland Paris understands that sometimes plans change and the wind takes us in different directions!

    This is a very popular enchanting experience, so I’m sure another Guest will be delighted to book your appointment if you do need to cancel for any reason. I spoke with a Cast Member who advised that appointments are usually released back into the booking system for all Guests and Concierge to see at the same time and will once again be subject to availability. 

    There is so much Princess fun to experience at Disneyland Paris! Visit the Disney Princess page to see all of the royal offerings. My family loves meeting the Princesses over a feast fit for royalty! At The Regal View Restaurant and Auberge de Cendrillon, you can dine with the Princesses; I always find it's the perfect way to enjoy delicious Disney dining and meet your favourite Princess pals all in one place!
