hi! My question is, can you get to other resorts like the Contemporary using the bus or do you have to use the monorail? I'm staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort and I want to get around for character breakfasts but I'm not sure how to get around.

    Hello, Jessica,

There are some resorts that do have transportation that connects them. For example, the monorail connects the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Resort, and the Grand Floridian as well as the Magic Kingdom and the Ticket and Transportation Center, which is the hub to transfer to the Epcot monorail.

Similarly, water taxis travel between the Wilderness Lodge, Ft. Wilderness, the Contemporary Resort, and the Magic Kingdom. A water taxi travels between the Grand Floridian, the Polynesian Resort, and the Magic Kingdom.

Another water taxi travels between Epcot's International Gateway, the Beach Club, the Yacht Club, the Swan/Dolphin, the Boardwalk, and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Finally, another water taxi connects Disney's Port Orleans Riverside with Port Orleans French Quarter and Downtown Disney.

So with all that information, to get to the Contemporary Resort from the Caribbean Beach Resort, you can take a bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom then either walk or ride the monorail to the Contemporary Resort. If you'd prefer to simplify your trip, you could also take a taxi.

If you have other resorts you are needing to travel to, please let us know. We'll help you with directions and information. Have a great trip!
