I have a question about our resort. Our flight to Orlando will land at 11AM, we can't check into our room until 3PM. We would like to visit the parks as soon as we land, so does our resort hold our luggage, while we are at the parks, until check-in?

    Hello, Jasmin!

I like the way you think! As soon as I get to Walt Disney World Resort I also like to head straight to a theme park.

Once you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, simply leave your luggage with Bell Services and head off to enjoy your time in a park. When you return from the theme park and get settled in your room, give Bell Services a call to bring your items right to your room.

Be sure to take advantage of Online Resort Check-In so you can expedite your check-in process. All the information you would typically give to the Front Desk during regular check-in (credit card for charges, room requests, arrival and departure times) can now be taken care of in advance. Guests who do online check-in can participate in the new Direct-to-Room service, where you will receive a text message indicating your resort room is ready. Then you can proceed directly to the room without the need to stop by the Front Desk. It's a great time saver!

I hope you this helps with your planning! Please let us know if we can answer other questions you may have!

    Have a magical day!
