Hi Chris -
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel site and bringing back memories of dining at Remy. The gastronomic experiences at Palo and Remy are my kind of magical moments while on board with my husband. The food, service, ambiance plus that extra je ne sais quoi... your taste buds will have loads of fun.
Based on your preferences, the
dinner menu allows you to choose one of two tasting menus, the Saveur or Gout. Though subject to change, there are 5 courses in each tasting menu and can also be served with carefully selected wine pairings. If you decide that the courses served in each tasting menu won't interest your taste buds that evening, you can also choose to order ala carte from the rest of the menu - Fraincheur, Mer, or Terre.
If you decide to enjoy dining at Remy for Brunch, I recommend pairing your meal with the Champagne experience. We also enjoyed spending some time at the wine room and I even got a chance to operate their special slicer and sliced my own jamon iberico. Delicious!
As a reminder, the dress code is strictly enforced at the adult exclusive restaurants. It's a 3-hour dining experience at Remy, and it's also a learning food experience - the chefs come out and will be happy to explain any of the techniques used in preparing your meal. We always uncover something new and take home new food ideas. I am looking forward to trying the
Dessert experience this summer when I sail... yummm!
I hope this helps, Chris. Please do let us know if you have any additional questions that we can try and help with. We're always happy to help!
