Hi there, Agustin! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I’m happy to help you with information about wheelchair rentals at Disneyland Resort.
You can rent an
Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) or manual wheelchair, just outside the entrance of Disneyland Park. They do not take reservations, so plan to arrive early, as rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is lots of
great information on the Disneyland Resort website about Guests needing extra assistance, including how to manage attractions that require
transferring from a wheelchair. Also, there is a helpful brochure you can download for
Guests with Disabilities, one for each of the two parks.
Agustin, I’m not sure if your need would qualify for
Disability Access Service, but you can inquire about it once you arrive, at any Guest Services location, such as City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park. Disability Access Service is designed for Guests who have difficulty waiting in line for extended periods of time.
I am wishing you a most magical vacation. Please come back and see us if you have any more questions – you have a friend in me!
See ya real soon,
Kamini
