Hi! I had a question regarding the Quick Service Dining Plan and the Fort Wilderness Cabins. Is any part of the menu at Trails End Restaurant considered counter service? We thought the "Trails End" to go might be but wanted to check. Thanks!

    Hi Cassie,

According to the 2009 Downloadable Quick Service Dining Plan Brochure, the only dining location that participates with this dining plan in Fort Wilderness is the Meadow Snack Bar (for lunch only).  I would double check this information as restaurant choices are subject to change and they may have additional locations available that may not be on this brochure yet (although I believe it is updated), always good to call and verify though (just in case).  I suggest you call Disney Dining at (407) 939-3463 and I am sure a cast member would be happy to help answer any questions you may have about Disney Dining.

The Trails End Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is considered a Table Service Restaurant on the Dining Plan.  You will be able to use your Resort refillable Mugs though at the Trails End Take-Out  for the whole duration of your current stay.  You can get beverages there such as soft drinks, coffee, hot chocolate, hot and iced tea.  You can also use your refillable Mugs for coffee at the Meadow Trading Post and at Meadows Snake Bar (which is open seasonally) for sodas.  Sorry if this was not the answer you were hoping for but I do hope you have some wonderful dining experiences at the many other locations available to you with the Quick Service Dining Plan.  I wish you a very magical stay!

    Best wishes,
