After receiving your follow-up question about reassigning tickets, I reached out and chatted with a friendly Cast Member, who shared that if a Guest to whom you assigned a ticket has their own
My Disney Experience account, that Guest would need to reassign that ticket back to your account in order for you to get the ticket back from them.
Hopefully this additional information is helpful, Theresa. My best suggestion for you if you have additional questions about your theme park tickets and their assignment is to chat directly with a Cast Member using the
online chat service, or using the "Chat with Us" feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. A Cast Member can look into the details of your tickets with you.
