Hi Moms! My question is regarding the flexibility of the dining plan. Can a party of four ( with all being on the dining plan) order a meal worth two full service credits and split it instead of using four credits?

    Greetings Syed Mujtaba!

Thanks for your question.  I am a huge proponent of the Disney Dining Plan.  My family has found it to be an incredibly flexible and affordable way to dine while on vacation at Walt Disney World.

If I am understanding your question correctly you wish to use two Disney Dining Plan table service credits to purchase two meals that would be shared among four adults.  Many of Walt Disney World's fine restaurants will permit you to do this.  Just check with the hostess when you arrive for your reservation to confirm that this will be an option.  I don't envision they will not permit you to do this as long as you are not dining at a buffet.  However, I would caution you to keep in mind that portion sizes are designed with only one adult in mind.  Therefore, at some restaurants you will not find that two table service meals will feed four adults adequately unless all four of you are looking for a very light meal.

Feel free to post additional questions to the Moms Panel if you are looking for pointers on effective ways to use your Disney Dining Plan credits.  We would be delighted to assist you.
