    Hi, my question is regarding Christmas time. I was wondering when do your lights and decorations in the parks go up and when are they up until? Do they run through the whole month of December? Thank you

    Hello Michaela and welcome to planDisney!

    One of the biggest reasons I love the Holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort so much is that I absolutely adore all the magical seasonal decor!  There truly is nothing quite like walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A within the Magic Kingdom Park and being surrounded by all the pixie-dusted magic of the carefully trimmed garlands, Mickey-shaped wreaths, and of course, the 1000s of magical twinkling lights.

    And, with only 120 sleeps from today until December 25th - I simply can't wait to begin decking the halls within my own home too! 

    Michaela, I'm more than happy to share that in my own experience, Guests can expect Walt Disney World Resort to be fully decorated for the Holiday season by early to mid-November.  As you might imagine, Disney celebrates Christmas all throughout the month of December, and typically I've found that the Holiday decorations stay put in all their Yuletide glory, until sometime in early January.
