You are quite correct in thinking that at present for 2021, Guests are not required to have
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays - Candlelight Processional Dining Packages to gain seating within the America Gardens Theatre.
Those Guests who aren't taking advantage of the preferred seating arrangements within the Candlelight Processional Dining Package are able to find any available seating left within the America Gardens Theatre on a purely first-come, first-served basis to enjoy an uplifting performance of the
Candlelight Processional.
