I have a question about the refillable mugs that can be purchased at the resort, if you are staying in more then one resort during the same trip do you have to repurchase the mugs at the second resort? thanks for your help

    Hi, Ceason!

The official rule is that your resort refillable mug is good for the length of stay at your resort. However, I am sure it will be fine to use your mug for the length of your vacation since you are splitting your time between 2 resorts.

(*The only time this would be a problem is if they are doing any "testing" of the new technology where the mugs are chipped, limiting your drinks refills to your stay.  This was being done at All-Star Sports last summer, but not even sure they are still doing this testing.)

Enjoy your vacation!  How fun to be experiencing 2 amazing resorts during your vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
