    my question is: When you purchasea 7 day magic your way pass(without the hopper option) and add water park fun and more can you go to a water park and a theme park in the same day , I know that you cant go to 2 theme parks in one day

    Yes, the Water Park (and more...DisneyQuest, etc...) days are separate from the Theme Park days.  You could go to Blizzard beach in the morning and then head over to Magic Kingdom later on that same day on the same ticket.  Without having the Park Hopper Option included, you are correct that you will only be able to visit one Park though on that same day.
