Hello, so I have a question? I have 3 people linked to my account and 3 magic bands, but it is saying I can only manage 2 out of the 3 magic bands. Why would this be? If you can help with this I would gladly thank you!

Hello Christina! Of the three people that you have linked to your account, does one of them have their own My Disney Experience account? If the person has their own Disney account, meaning they have their own login ID and a password, then they manage their own account. Guests must be 13 years of age or older to sign up for their own account, but if you created a profile for children under the age of 13 then you are in charge of managing their profiles including linking tickets and customizing Magic Bands. I can't think of any other reason why the site wouldn't let you manage the account.

If the other person does not have a My Disney Experience account and you need to manage the Magic Band, I suggest calling (407) 939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member about Magic Bands and My Disney Experience.

I hope this helps, and if you need anything, please let us know. Have a magical day!
