There is a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items purchased at the resort, so I don’t recommend sending his Spider-Bot back to the parks with a friend if their visit will be more than a month after yours, even if you have the receipt. Your best bet is to contact Merchandise Guest Services by calling (877) 560-6477 or sending an email to Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. It helps if you can mention all the descriptive details about the item you bought, the
shop and theme park where it was purchased, and the specific issue you’re experiencing with it. Please have your original receipt handy when you call, too.
