    Question about online checkin. We booked our whole package, tickets, hotel and everything through Delta Vacations. Can I still use online checkin, I can see our resort info & dining plan on the website, just not showing our park tickets. Thanks

    Hi Sara!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    Unfortunately, the online check-in service is available only for those guests who book their vacations through Disney.

    I did call Delta Vacations, however, to check to see what their process is for you.  They do not offer an online check-in service for your room reservations.

    I mentioned to them that your Disney Park tickets were not showing on your reservation.  She strongly suggested that you give them a call, having your reservation number handy, so they can look up your reservation for you to make sure that everything is as it should be.
