I called the number listed under “
Disney Resort Reservations and Tickets” to ask a Cast Member about your future stay offer. The Cast Member explained that currently the May 2026 dates eligible for this offer are May 1 through 21, 2026, then May 25 through May 31, 2026. Since your vacation begins on an ineligible date, your current reservation would not receive the bounce-back offer. However, the Cast Member did offer another option. Instead, you can split your reservation, one with a check-in date of May 23, then another with a check-in date of May 25. The reservation that begins on May 25 would qualify for the
special offer.
It sounds like you already have a reservation booked, so you would need to call the “
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets” phone number for a Cast Member to help change your reservation. The bounce-back offer is subject to room availability, so the Cast Member will need to confirm that there are rooms available before making any changes to your current reservation.
