Hello, my question is I just move to Southern California and was wondering if u can use our mail as proof of residency? My husband hasn’t had a chance to get our license transferred yet.

Hi Tessa! Welcome to planDisney and Southern California. We're happy to have you!

Tessa, your question didn't mention which type of Disneyland Resort ticket or Magic Key pass you have. If you've purchased the special Southern California Resident ticket or an Imagine Magic Key, you'll need to show a government-issued photo ID showing an address within ZIP codes 90000 to 93599 at the admission gate. I'm sorry to say but there is no accepted substitute for this. Rental agreements, utility bills, and bank statements are not accepted. I'm really sorry if this isn't what you hoped to hear!

The SoCal Resident ticket offer is good for three visits (park reservations required) to one park per day between now and May 15, 2025. For the Imagine Key, you have a whole year from the date of purchase to activate your pass before it expires. Hopefully, you'll be able to visit once you've updated your driver's license to your new address!

Tessa, I hope this information helps. If you need any more help, please feel free to ask me another question. I'd be happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
