    Question about memory...we will be at Disney in 13 days and I purchased it through my Disney Experience account and it told me to take me receipt to guest services when we get there to get my card? I thought we would just use our magic bands for pictures?

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting! Your Disney trip is just around the corner. Memory Maker is the right decision when it comes to have all the memories of unforgettable trip with our beloved ones. If you want, call to 407 939-5277 and they will clarify the situation for you. You can visit Guest Services at one of the theme park entrances and presented your Memory Maker purchase confirmation print out.  Guest Services will issue you a Memory Maker card and they will verify if that Memory Maker is linked to your MagicBand. If you purchased Memory Maker while logged into your My Disney Experience, usually, Memory Maker is linked automatically.  If it is not showing in your account, you should definitely call Disney support.
