    I have a question about the magic bands so I know that we get the basic bands but how can you get the ones with the characters on them?

    Hi Jennifer! Since the new Magic Band system was developed the way of enjoying Walt Disney World has taken a new leap with the use of technology. Disney is now on their second configuration of the bands and they are offered in 8 wonderful colors for you to choose when personalizing them.      

    If you would like something even more special you can purchase one of the bands that is decorated with characters and other various designs. You can check out some of these great character bands at the Disney Store where you can purchase them before your vacation. If you don't have time to do that then there are also various locations on property where you can find these special bands and purchase them while you are there. The Space Mountain store in the Magic Kingdom is a great place to look as well as the Star Wars store in Hollywood Studios. You are sure to find a special band that interests you and although it is at a cost it is fun to have something even more personal to wear during your Disney vacation days. I have a Pluto one as well as a red/white/blue MIckey one.

    You can also bedazzle your own bands if you wish to do that. I have many friends who have decorated their own in a personal style and they are adorable. So the world of creativity is out there for you to discover!
