I have a question about the magic band slider accessories that go over the Mickey head. I was thinking about buying my little sister one but I heard that they might get in the way or make it difficult to scan. Is this true?

    Hi Shawna,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for asking us your great question.  I love decorating or "blinging" my band.  There are so many fun accessories to choose from!  Disney used to have covers which encased the entire band, but on a recent visit, I did notice that they now have a cut out where the Mickey head is.  The rest of the accessories don't seem to interfere with the ability to scan the band, as long as you don't put too many accessories on at one time.  I am sure your sister would adore your thoughtful gift and love customizing her magic band with a little extra magic.  Have a wonderful day and please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with!

    Magical Wishes,
