This question is to Lori (the run Disney Mom)- My husband and I are going to sign up for the Wine and Dine Run in November of this year. We arent runners - we do workout - We are following Jeffs Guide for beginners, Can you Run/Walk during the Race ?

Hi Sharon!  The Wine and Dine Half is my favorite race.  My husband and I love running it together and enjoying the post-race party!

I am so glad you asked this question!  Jeff Galloway's method is amazing.  Not only can you run/walk during the race, but you will find that a huge percentage of participants will be doing the same.  I use the run/walk myself and am a true believer in it.

I hope this answers your question.  Please let me know if you have any others as you get ready for the race!  I am already counting down the days until Wine and Dine!
