Question about LL single pass and rider swap. Usually with rider swap my older child lucks out and can ride twice, once with each parent. Can he still do that with single pass rides? Or will I need to purchase a single pass for my non riding child for him?

Welcome to planDisney, Nathan! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. With your trip just around the corner, now's the perfect time to iron out those last-minute details, especially how to make the most of Rider Switch. It's a fantastic way to ensure everyone in your group gets to enjoy the attractions they love without missing out. Let's break it down!

When you use Rider Switch, your group will split into two: Party A and Party B. If you're using Lightning Lane Single Pass, everyone who wants to ride must have one linked to their account. Now, here's the fun part: if Party B is just one person, one lucky rider from Party A can ride again with them! That means your older kid gets to ride twice: once with Party A using their Lightning Lane and then again with Party B thanks to Rider Switch. The best part? You don't need a second Lightning Lane Single Pass for your older child's second ride, just for their first! It's a great way to keep the fun going and make sure no one gets left out.

I hope this answers your question, Nathan, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
