Howdy, Mary Ann!
Welcome back to
planDisney! It is always super special when a guest comes back and shares another great question with us! Thank you for stopping back by and sharing your question with us!
I am super excited for you! I know you are counting down the weeks until you take off to Neverland! I love my
MagicBand and everything it does! Having a MagicBand linked to your
My Disney Experience mobile app always makes my vacations to the
Walt Disney World Resort stress-free! When you make
Advanced Dining Reservations, they must be linked to your My Disney Experience account. I recommend making your Advanced Dining Reservations through your My Disney Experience mobile app. By doing this, all of your reservations will automatically link into your My Disney Experience mobile app. After enjoying each dining experience, as long as you stay at one of the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, you will be able to pay for your meal through the credit card linked in your My Disney Experience account, using your MagicBand! So Hakuna Matata, No Worries! Your Advanced Dining Reservations will need to be linked into your My Disney Experience account and not on your MagicBand. Still, you will be able to pay your bill using your MagicBand as long as you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.
Your MagicBand offers lots of other special perks when you stay at one of the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. Your MagicBand will allow you to unlock your hotel room door, and you can capture photos with
Disney PhotoPass, you can purchase merchandise throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and enter the theme parks! As you can see, your MagicBand can help you take care of lots of fun things with a simple tap of your band!
As you continue to plan your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, to stay informed of everything to do and see during your visit, check out the
Disney Parks Blog! If you have any questions as you continue planning, please come back to planDisney! We are always here to help you with all your planning questions, Mary Ann!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
