Ava! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!
My youngest son wanted us to measure him constantly in the weeks leading up to our visit a couple years ago because he had been dreaming about going on the
Incredicoaster in California Adventure virtually his whole life. Reaching that 48" milestone to ride was a HUGE deal!
I can understand your desire to know whether or not the Incredicoaster will be open during your upcoming visit, Ava! I always want to know which attractions might be unavailable to experience during my visits to Disneyland. This helps alleviate any disappointments, especially for my young kids but, let's be honest, me too. Your question is a good one, Ava!
According to the
Daily Events Schedule for Disneyland Resort, it does look like the Incredicoaster will be closed for refurbishment during your visit - I'm so sorry! Dates are released for attraction closures six weeks out but it's important to know that they can change at any time. I encourage you to check back to the Daily Events Schedule on the Disneyland website for any updates. Not only will it provide updated closure information, but much more including park hours, entertainment offerings, and any events that may be occurring during your visit. Make sure you've selected your specific dates and park at the top.
Before my youngest hit that 48" milestone for Incredicoaster, he found so much enjoyment on a similar attraction nearby -
Goofy's Sky School! He made us go on it over and over and OVER. So, in case Incredicoaster is unavailable during your visit, Ava, keep Goofy's Sky School in mind to scratch that coaster-itch!
I hope this information has been helpful, Ava, even though it may not be the news you were hoping for! If any other questions come up in your planning, like how to utilize the
Disneyland app or strategies to make sure you hit all of your top priorities, please don't hesitate to
reach out again! We'd love to share more of our tips and recommendations for a truly magical time in Disneyland!
Above all, from the bottom of my heart, I wish you the most magical visit, Ava!
