Hi Jen,

Chef Mickey's is located at the Contemporary Resort, which is a five minute walk from the Magic Kingdom. Chef Mickey's is not inside the theme park. However, assuming you have park tickets for the day of your breakfast, you are welcome to visit a park as soon as it opens and then head over to breakfast in time for your reservation. Guests staying on Walt Disney World property are able to make use of Extra Magic Hours (during which some parks open early and/or stay open late just for them), however, you are free to enter the parks as soon as regular park hours begin.
