Another question for you great panelists...does O'hana's have gluten free foods? I know my grand daughter can't have soy sauce...can she get any meat and sides that would be safe? She is 4 years old and we would love to dine there in December

    Hi Kimberly!

You will be happy to find out that all Disney dining locations at the Walt Disney World Resort, including 'Ohana can accommodate your granddaughter's gluten-free diet.

You can make Special Dietary Requests ahead of time by calling Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or when booking reservations online. If the latter, be sure to specify her allergy to wheat by checking the "I have special requests or a food allergy" field on the reservations page. She will definitely be able to enjoy her meal at 'Ohana, and let me assure you that the food there is absolutely delicious!

In order to make informed decisions at counter service locations, be sure to request the "ingredients list book." You may certainly talk to the manager about your granddaughter's gluten intolerance and you will be directed to suitable items that are safe for her to consume. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Wishing you a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
