Customizing
MagicBands as part of Walt Disney World vacation planning is, for me, a fun step along the way to a magical stay. It's quick and convenient to choose your color and add a name to your band, yet I always find myself taking extra time to make choices. Do I want a red MagicBand this trip? Am I feeling more yellow? For my upcoming trip, I'm going with the
Mickey Mouse MagicKeepers Lanyard Medal for a different experience. So many fun choices to make!
Chris, I'm visualizing what you're seeing when you go to your
My Disney Experience account to view your MagicBands. In my own view, I see the MagicBands I ordered and customized for upcoming trips in the "Your Orders" section. I am guessing that this is where you see your "Quantity: 4" for your family. Also in my view, I see all the MagicBands from previous trips in the "Select a MagicBand or Card to Manage Its Status" section. So here's my thinking. Is it possible you ordered your 4 MagicBands but not yet received them, and the 3 active MagicBands are from prior trips when your daughter did not have one? This is just a guess on my part trying to think through why you're seeing what you're seeing on your account page.
Perhaps you're describing that you already have 4 active MagicBands but you are only seeing 3 of those MagicBands in your view of active MagicBands. If the situation is similar to this, or something else, my best suggestion is to contact the Walt Disney Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and they can assist you with MagicBand support.
