Hi there, Serena!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. What a special friend you have! Not only does she serve in the military, but she also wants to give you tickets to visit
Disneyland Resort. She is certainly a hero!
The only military ticket offer currently listed on the Disneyland Resort website is the
Disney Military Promotional Park Hopper Ticket, which is a 3-day or 4-day Park Hopper Ticket. However, your friend might have access to other tickets through a participating U.S. military sales outlet. Generally, the service member or their spouse who buys a military promotional ticket for someone else must also purchase a ticket for themself and accompany their Guests to the theme parks. Valid military identification is typically needed at the park entrance. I am sorry this is not the news you were hoping for. Maybe your friend can visit Disneyland Resort with you! I also suggest asking your friend to check the Terms and Conditions for her tickets, as most requirements are usually listed there.
Halloween Time will be in full effect if you visit in September! I like checking out the Halloween decorations along Main Street, U.S.A., and my entire family looks forward to riding
Haunted Mansion Holiday. Disney Parks Blog just released the
Halloween Foodie Guide, and there are so many delicious treats that I cannot wait to try, like the Maleficent Churro rolled in chocolate cookie crumbles. Yum!
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe also has some tasty seasonal items, including the Hazelnut Brownie Tart with Chocolate Frosting and a Caramel Apple Cheesecake. We are visiting in October, and I think we will spend half of our vacation eating all of the goodies!
Serena, I hope your friend can accompany you to Disneyland Resort. It is the most spooktacular time of year!
Seasons screaming!
Jen
