this question is for all of the experienced WDW people...On the first day you arrive what would you suggest doing since you will mostly have only half a day and tired from either driving or flying in that day?? I do not want to lose this day. Thank you!

    Hi Lauren!
Thank you for your question! On the first day you arrive at WDW, you will be so excited, you simply won't want to miss out on the fun! I think you should check out the Park Hours on the day you arrive. If there's a Theme Park with Extra Magic Hours that evening, you could start your vacation fun there. But if you think you might be too tired to visit a theme park, you could visit Downtown Disney for some shopping and dining. Or, you could make reservations for a dinner show at one of WDW's fabulous Resort Restaurants. We usually head straight to Magic Kingdom when we arrive at WDW. But when we know it's too much, we always take the first available bus to Downtown Disney, buy ice cream and shop 'till we drop.
    Have a magical WDW vacation!
