    hi another question. i have email confirmation of park tickets can i get my tickets at check in at hotel (asmov) rather than at park entrance as have a very busy 1st day. booked as uk package so cant see them been on key to the world card. love this page.

    Hi, Nicola!

    If you booked a Disney Resort package, you will be able to pick-up everything you need at check-in at All-Star Movies.   When you check-in, a friendly Cast Member will explain your park  tickets to you and also any dining packages that you may have added on.  Have your photo identification available and your confirmation number when you arrive at your resort and everything you need for your magical vacation will be waiting for you.
