I have a question about my Disney tickets, I was not able to go on my date due to last min emergency. I was planning to make a reservation for a later date, but my tickets no longer show up on my disney experience app?

    Welcome to planDisney Rachael!

I am sorry you had to cancel your vacation, but that is great news you have new dates for your magical visit to Walt Disney World!

Although your Theme Park Tickets are not showing in your My Disney Experience, you can still apply them to your upcoming trip. You will need to give a call to a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639. They will find your tickets and update your travel dates. Please know that the date change might result in a price difference.

Once your tickets are updated and set for your new travel dates, you will be able to make your Theme Park Reservations. Make sure each guest has a Theme Park Ticket linked to their name before making the reservations.

Dining Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Any unwanted dining reservations should be canceled to avoid a no-show fee.

I hope this vacation is extra special for you and your travel pals!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
