    I have a question about the Disney My Experience app. I have been trying for a few weeks to modify dinner reservation times but I consistently get a message that says “please try again - we’re having trouble loading this screen”. Any troubleshooting help?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm sorry you have been having difficulty with the My Disney Experience mobile app. I've received this message at times as well and I usually just shut down the app and re-open it and that will sometimes fix it. If it's persistent you can also try deleting the app and re-downloading it to see if that helps. You can also reach out to Disney's Internet Help Desk at 407-939-4357 where a savvy cast member can access your account and help trouble-shoot the issue.

    I hope the issue is resolved for you soon! If you want immediate assistance for rebooking your dining reservation, do reach out to Disney's Dining line at (407) 939-1947 where a Cast Member can assist you with any rescheduling and availability information needs. You can also try logging in to your My Disney Experience account on a desktop computer and select My Reservations and Tickets where you should see any dining reservations you have made and modify them to your needs.
