I have a question about the difference in lunch and dinner. If you are reserved for a lunch late in the day, can you order of off the dinner menu or do they only allow you to order off of the lunch menu. Have late lunch reservations and wanted dinner

In my experience at WDW it will depend on the restaurant.

For example, when we dine at 4 p.m. at 50s Prime Time Cafe in the Hollywood Studios we are almost always asked if we would like the lunch or dinner menu.

If you are concerned about the menu, I would continue to try to book a reservation at a later time and/or call the restaurant to inquire as to their specific policy.
