Hi My question is my daughter has Juvenile Chronic Arthritis and we have been given a card before can we still get these to assist us and prevent her from standing in queues. Many thanks in advance. Excited mum

    Hello Sharon,
I can certainly understand your concern as my daughter also has Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. When she is having a flare, it can definitely cause concern with too much standing. My Disney Parks Moms Panel friend, Brenda answered this question for another guest and I think you will find her explanation of the Disability Assistance Card very helpful.  It includes a link to the Disney Parks Blog Fact Sheet on the use of the card.

In a nutshell, a Disability Access Service Card can be obtained at Guest Relations. You will obtain a return time for the attraction of your choice based on the current wait time. You can then spend your time enjoying other aspects of the park rather than standing in line.

If you need more information after reviewing the links above, please come back and ask- we want to make sure your vacation is filled with pixie-dust and magic.

    See ya real soon!
