    Hello, My question concerns tickets we have at will call. If my family purchased magic bands and linked our tickets, do we still have to go to will call?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your awesome question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

    Cristina, if you have purchased MagicBands and linked your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to them via your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to “bypass” will call. Please verify that your tickets are linked by visiting the "My Reservations and Tickets" section of your My Disney Experience account.

    Having MagicBands will help you get to the fun — faster! Normally, a Guest needs to show their original payment card plus confirmation email in order to receive their ticket and enter the park. Guests with MagicBands can skip these additional steps and proceed straight to the park entrance where they can touch their MagicBands to to a touch-point and enter the theme park.
