Hi, my question is concerning ADR's, is it better/easier to make them on-line or by phone? Do they go to the same place? Thanks!

Great question, Cari!  Well, I would consider this a matter of preference.  I enjoy speaking to a cast member who can help and advise me when I am setting dining reservations for my family.  For me, it is much easier to have someone looking for some great dining times.  Cast members working for Disney Dining seem to know their job very well.  They have always offered great advice.  My husband, on the other hand, enjoys setting reservations on-line.  He enjoys having all the power at his fingertips, but I always seem to win on time.  I am on and off the phone when he is just barely making his second reservation.  The cast members are able to work the system much faster due to the fact that they are very knowledgeable and this is their specialty.  I always let a cast member let his/her fingers do all the walking while I sit and just wait for a confirmation number.  I would suggest looking on-line prior to calling and list the restaurants that you would like to visit.  This makes the phone call run smooth.  Call (407)WDW-Dine when you are ready.  Again, my vote is to set dining arrangements by phone.

I hope this helps as you prepare for your upcoming vacation!  Have a magical day!
