Disney Genie+ service is a great way to save time on your vacation and make sure you and your guests are getting to ride the attractions you enjoy most.
Since you’ve already included Genie+ service with your tickets ahead of time, you should be all set from an app linking perspective. You may see a purple bar on the Genie Service Screen saying “Get Disney Genie+ For Today”, but you don’t need to worry about this message.
As you’re on the Disney Genie Service screen, let’s check a few things. Select “My Day” at the top, then “Change Day”, and select the first day of your trip. Since you have a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation and have linked your
Theme Park tickets, you're very close to being ready for the start of your trip in July. If you don’t already have your
Disney Park Pass reservations, I suggest you get them today. This is a necessary step since both a Disney Park Pass and Theme Park ticket are needed for every entry into the Theme Parks. The reservations are super easy to get and it can all be done from your computer or smart phone. Just search “Make a Park Reservation” on the Walt Disney World Website or within the My Disney Experience mobile app!
Keep in mind that with Genie+, though you can purchase the service in advance, you can’t select your attractions until 7:00 a.m. each day you have the Genie+ service. The first day you’re using Genie+, you’ll want to wake up a little early so you’re ready to select that first
Lightning Lane attraction. Then you’ll be off to have a magical day!
