My question is we have booked all of dining for our stay using some double meals for the Hoop-DeDo and also The Royal Table. We then decided to make an additional reservation can we pick and choose what we want to use the dining plan for and pay for others

Hello David!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

A big reason I personally love the Disney Dining Plan is because it is so flexible.  You can absolutely choose which meals you use your Disney Dining Plan credits for and which ones you pay for out of pocket.  While you are enjoying your meal, your server will ask you if you are on the Disney Dining Plan or not.  If it is a meal you would like to use credits on, tell the Cast Member yes.  If it is a meal you are going to be paying out of pocket for, tell them no.  Then your server will bring you your bill and you can pay for it accordingly.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
