Question about AP and magic bands. I know that living in Canada we will not be able to have the bands shipped to my home address. Will we be able to ship them to family in the U.S. just over the boarder and go pick them up?

    Hi Denise,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian! I’m a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder too, and I completely understand the frustration of not being able to ship MagicBands to my home address.

I’m happy to say, however, that you can absolutely ship them to an alternate address, so long as it’s located in the United States. I don’t have any family that lives South of the 49th parallel but I usually get around that by having my MagicBands shipped to my Walt Disney World Resort hotel. You can absolutely have them shipped to your family members who live in the United States so that you can pick them up before your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Don’t forget to check out the Annual Passholder Program page for more information about how to get the most out of your Annual Pass this year!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any additional questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
