1 more quest. a friend expressed interest coming with us next trip. if i add to res for room, and she changes her mind, will I lose any payments already made, should I wait til closer to trip to add? this won't overload occupancy of room.

    Hi Kimberly,

If it won't overload the occupancy on the room and you aren't 100% sure if she will be joining you or not, I would wait. It will save the hassle of having to request a refund if she changes her mind. Just let her know that the balance on the room needs to be paid 45 days prior to arrival and she'll need to make up her mind by then so you can add her to your package. In addition to a slight increase each night, she'll also have the price of her tickets to plan for as well as Disney Dining Plan (if you purchase it).

Hope it works out that your friend can join in on the fun!

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
