Hi Katie,
Thanks for dropping by to see us at planDisney, and thanks for your question.
I'm happy to share that you do have options for making changes to your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, and this includes
changing your ticket dates. You can make changes to your tickets up to midnight ET of the day before the first valid use date for the ticket.
You can use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to make the modifications to the tickets. Simply sign in to the app and tap the main menu (the 3 stacked lines in the lower right corner), and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile to select your ticket. You should see a "Change Ticket" option.
It's helpful to keep in mind that theme park tickets use a date-based pricing model, and so there might be an additional cost for the new ticket if you select new dates with a higher ticket price than your original ticket.
If you need additional assistance, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member on the tickets team for more help.
Katie, it's a good idea to use the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to check the dates you're wanting to visit to see which theme parks have reservations available to select.
After you arrange your new ticket dates, you can use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.
Hopefully these tips are helpful, Katie. Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
