Hi Cherry-Ann!

I've found that the Quick Service restaurants are very accommodating for guest with special dietary requests. Just explain when your order is taken that you have a special request, and they'll help you. I've been able to get simple requests such as no pepperoni, or hold the chili handled rather quickly. However, it can sometimes (depending on your request) take a couple of extra minutes. There are some things (such as pre-packaged desserts, for example) that they are unable to change, but can offer substitutes if asked.
