Hi, there!
Jenni, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner. How exciting! I know you'll have a magical stay.
You're going to love the convenience and flexibility of the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. Did you know you can use your Quick-Service Dining Plan to pay for
mobile food and beverage orders? This awesome feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app saves my family lots of precious time in the theme parks!
To answer your question, if you choose to not have a
payment card listed on your resort folio account for expenses and incidental charges, you will not be able to take advantage of the charging privileges associated with your
MagicBands. Please note that debit cards are an acceptable form of a payment card.
You don't need to worry about your credit card being charged for the Quick-Service meals you wish to use your dining plan for. When you visit a
Quick-Service dining location, simply tell the Cast Member taking your order that you would like to use your entitlements to make the purchase. They'll ask you to touch your MagicBand to a touch point which will deduct the appropriate amount of entitlements from your account.
If you place a mobile food and beverage order, you'll have the option of using your dining plan entitlements or paying out of pocket for the order. Easy peasy!
I hope this was helpful, Jenni. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
