For the QS dining plan do you chose an entree and a drink? I have seen say at Cosmic Ray's QS dining options they show soups and salads, entree, side dishes, desserts and drinks. So are the soup and salad extra or do you choose that instead of an entree?

    Hi Dawn,

Thank you for submitting your question to the Moms Panel! The dining plan option is a key ingredient to a great vacation!

I just took a look at the 2013 Disney Quick Service Dining Plan Brochure and just as I thought, when you redeem one Quick Service Meal you can choose one (1) entree, one (1) dessert and one (1) non-alcoholic beverage.

At Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe, you have the option of choosing from several great entrees which include the side dish (i.e. if you chose the Angus Bacon Cheeseburger, it is served with apples slices, french fries or cucumber salad).  You can then select a delicious dessert, such as the Triple Chocolate Cake and a non-alcoholic beverage.

When you arrive at the quick service location,  if you are unsure what qualifies as an entree or dessert be sure to ask the Cast Member. I am sure they will be just as happy to help!

    Bon appetit!
