I have a QR code sent to email but I am confused it says you need to present an associated ticket as well as a QR code? What does that mean

Hey there, Debra! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Just a few more sleeps until you arrive at the Happiest Place on Earth – what fun!

Debra, in order to have a park reservation, you must have a ticket, so I’m guessing you have both already. Let me show you how to confirm.

In the Disneyland mobile app, you can click on Future Plans to see your reservation(s). You can click on Tickets and Passes to see your ticket(s).

On the Disneyland website, you can go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations and your reservations will be listed there. Though you can’t see the tickets, you can assume you have them, as I mentioned earlier that you can’t have a reservation without a ticket.

I hope this is helpful for you, Debra. In case you’re up for a few more tips, check out the planDisney Podcast! Episode 2 is dedicated to Disneyland Resort and full of advice about dining, entertainment and other tips to make your experience more magical.

Enjoy your trip to infinity and beyond!
