Hi! I am putting together my plans for making Fast Passes for our trip, and on November30th it is showing Magic Kingdom closing at 4:30 pm. Do you know why they are closing that early?

    Hi, Elaine!

I double checked and the Magic Kingdom is closing at 4:30pm on November 30 for a private event. Hakuna Matata, No Worries - you can still enjoy some fun at Epcot until 9pm that evening, and Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom will be open until 8pm. Still looking for more fun? Head to Disney Springs that stays open past midnight! Check the calendar for operating hours.

If you have a park hopper ticket, you can still enjoy the Magic Kingdom from 9am-4:30pm that day. Then you can head out to the next magical destination for the second half of the day. This is why I enjoy the "park hopper" option because of the flexibility it offers. Visit one, two, three, or even all four parks in one day. Now that is a day of adventure!

You are traveling during the super fun holiday season in Walt Disney World. Enjoy all the Mickey Mouse has planned - Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Candlelight Processional, Jingle Bell - Jingle BAM! and more. If time allows, stop by Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa or Disney's Wilderness Lodge. These resorts have soaring Christmas trees that are spectacular. Truly a wonderful way to celebrate the magic of Christmas!

    See you real soon!
