Where do we put our valuables while we wait for check in? This is our first trip to Disney

Hi Crystal!  I'm so excited you are taking your first trip to Walt Disney World.  It is my favorite place in the whole world, you are in for a treat!

If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage at Bell Services at your resort.  This service is easy to use and free of charge.   You simply ask them to store your belongings, the Cast Member helping you will hand you a little ticket that is your receipt and then you are free to go about your day.  When you are ready to collect your things and head to the room, you just return to the same area and hand them your ticket and they will retrieve your things for you.  It's a simple and quick process!

I hope this helps.  If you have any other questions, please do come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
